my stay here was enjoyable with friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and a super quiet room that offered a restful retreat after a day of exploring nearby attractions like jordan park and the allentown art museum that are just a short stroll away.

The friendly check-in staff provided a warm welcome after a long day of travel, especially appreciated while managing a 4-year-old. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, the clean rooms and attentive service made the stay pleasant. However, the breakfast options were limited and the pool could be larger. The entrance is tricky to find and navigating the area may cause frustration.

The check-in process was smooth, mainly due to the friendly woman who assisted me. Her kindness made up for my tiring travel day with my granddaughter. The hotel's quiet hours after 9 PM were a great touch, allowing for rest at the end of a busy day! I also enjoyed the refreshing pool view, which was a nice perk during our stay!

The handicap room was functional but could benefit from some updates.

Oh, those USDA prime steaks nearby are a game changer! Not to mention the breakfast spread had solid eggs and pancakes worth waking up for. The room itself was huge and comfy, perfect for unwinding after a culinary adventure around town.

Breakfast options tended to run low well before the scheduled end time, which wasn't great for late risers. Additionally, the pool area was overcrowded when we arrived, making it less enjoyable and not exactly the family-friendly experience we hoped for.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, a fitness center, and a delicious breakfast. The friendly staff even suggested fun places to visit during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I'm coming back for a weekend!

the ramada was a great stay for us! the queen room was very quiet, and the beds had a super comfortable pillow top. breakfast was well stocked with eggs, sausage, and pancakes. the staff, especially kenya and evylys, were incredibly helpful and kind, definitely making our experience special.
