It was very clean....new redo..... Staff very helpful...
The breakfast bar was very nice... But it was not kept up as far as food , plates, silverware... When I arrived a 8:45 am (goes until 10) 90 % was gone. My husband checked at the desk and the woman there said "look in the cabinets" trash was running over.... When a lady did come and then started to leave we mentioned to her things that were missing...

This place is shady! First, it's located way off of the main road behind two other properties and right along the highway, not at all that close to what the address would indicate. The hallways are dark and the room smelled like moth balls. When we arrived at the hotel, we were sent around to a back entrance where a "gold for cash" promotion was being run. The exterior doors did not close and lock correctly and it made us feel unsafe. Breakfast was ok but the facilities are run-down. No way this should be rated three stars.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was able to relax and enjoy myself with no stress.
It was hard to find initially.

Quiet, clean, large room, nice appointments
Somewhat difficult to find from road (some is the road's fault) even though we have stayed there before.

I really liked the location, as it was on the main strip of Macarthur road leading into Allentown. Also, the price was amazing for the beauty of the hotel and it was kept very clean. It felt like a luxury hotel stay for under 100 bucks a night. It was a really great hotel!
I had some issues with my reservation as they lost our check out date and it needed to be added and it affected our keys to the room the one day. The turn around to get into the hotel when coming from Allentown was a bit confusing as the hotel sits back and the signs to enter are small, but its nothing earth shattering. Otherwise, there wasn't anything to really dislike about this place.

The bathtub was clogged. The lock was broken, felt unsafe. They could not give me a new room because they were all booked. Brought my mom along but she felt uncomfortable in the room we stayed. I will not recommend this hotel.

It felt like I was in a much more upscale hotel room. Nicely appointed with dark wood head boards, etc. Nice continental breakfast choices as well.
The tv reception was poor. I had to change rooms for a different tv, and that reception was only above average.

The price was lower than the hotels I usually use, La Qiuntal Holiday Inn Express
In the first room the hallway air hvac system was noisy. We were moved to another room on floor 2 which was better as we could turn off the room air conditioner. The room had been serviced using a very strong smelling cleaner - almost as if the room had been smoking. The lack of an elevator is unusual for even business hotels. Neither room had a king sized bed as we had booked.
